If at anytime during the season you have any questions, comments, or concerns we want to make sure that you're heard ! All submissions are confidential.
It's always encouraged/recommended that you speak directly with the head coach for any questions, comments, or concerns prior to submitting this form.
Please keep in mind Stampede does not have a "all players play rule" that will be explained during the parent meeting. Head coaches are primarily responsible who plays during a game and will make every effort to play rostered players.
