All Stampede coaches (football & cheer) have certifications in concussion management and CPR. Stampede keeps an AED on site at all practices and games.

Practice Parking
Cottleswood park has designated parking spots, please only park in the designated spaces. Do not park in the bus roundabout at OJHS.

Hydration
Please practice good hydration. A good rule of thumb is take the body weight divided by 2 equals the ounces of water they should consume each day. For example: 120 lb player should be consuming 60 ounces of water per day.
