Practice Parking
Just a reminder to all parents regarding the Cottleswood Park parking lot. Cottleswood park has designated parking spots, if you choose to park in the lot - please utilize the designated spaces. DO NOT PARK ALONG THE CURB AS IT BLOCKS THE VIEW OF CHILDREN WALKING OFF THE GRASS. BE MINDFUL OF THEIR SAFETY PLEASE! Also, if you will be dropping off and not parking - please utilize the designated circle (behind the cafeteria - where you signed up at the Junior High ) the circle is also a NO Parking zone - Stampede is responsible to let all families know these rules - and is not responsible if your vehicle is towed.

Hydration Tips
Get your players in a great habit of hydration. We want to focus on the amount of water they are consuming a day. A good rule of thumb is Take the body weight divided by 2 equals the ounces of water they should consume each day. For example: 120 lb player should be consuming 60 ounces of water per day.
